Reviews

All reviews must be based on genuine, first-hand experiences.

By using Vouchly, you understand and accept that:

  • You may be reviewed by others.
  • Opinions expressed in reviews are solely those of the users.
  • Vouchly does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any review or content provided by users.

Review recipients may request review removal or file a dispute by contacting us.

Defamation and Harassment Policy

We prohibit reviews that:

  • Contain false or misleading statements presented as fact
  • Intend to defame, harass, impersonate, or threaten others
  • Include discriminatory, hateful, or abusive content

Flagged reviews will be reviewed and may be removed at our sole discretion.

Fair Use and Honest Opinion

Vouchly supports the right to express honest opinions under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act and California’s Yelp Bill (AB 2365). We encourage reviewers to share first-hand experiences, use factual and constructive language, and avoid exaggeration or defamatory remarks.

Identity and Verification

Users may choose to verify their identity through email, company domain, or third-party profiles (such as LinkedIn). Verification does not imply endorsement by Vouchly. Anonymous reviews are allowed but must comply with our content policy.

Review Disputes

If you believe a review is inaccurate or violates our policies, contact admin@vouchlyapp.com with your full name, profile link, and description of the dispute. We review disputes within 7–10 business days, but removal is not guaranteed.
